You can register by filling out the blank fields and clicking on "Create a New account" Button.  You need to enter contact information (Email address, name, company, address, phone) and a password. After registration, you will be able to run your counts and order online immediately. Your email address and the password provided during the registration process are required to log in. We will assign an account manager for your service.  Your Account Manager (AM) will help you verify your orders, pricing and other account related issues.

The "Welcome Back Page" will list any credits or discounts you might have on your account, and the expiration date of the credits. This page shows your address and email address on our file for you. You need to contact your account manager if you wish to update any information on this page.

This page describes how our business database is compiled and maintained.  You need to click on "Start Your Public Filing Selections" button to start your selections.
Bankruptcy Selects
On this page you can select your list for Individual, Business or Both. You can select the following bankruptcy types for your list.  
  • Chapter 7: 
    A part of the bankruptcy code which provides for straight liquidation of the debtor's assets.  This type of bankruptcy results in the sale of a debtor's nonexempt property and the distribution of the proceeds to the creditors  
  • Chapter 11: 
    A reorganization bankruptcy, usually involving a corporation or partnership.  A Chapter 11 debtor usually proposes a plan or reorganization to keep its business alive and pay creditors over time.  People in business or individuals can also seek relief in Chapter 11.
  • Chapter 12:  A bankruptcy action used when family farm owners become insolvent.  
  • Chapter 13:  A part of the bankruptcy code for use by an individual with a regular source of income that provides for a payment plan where payment is made over a period of time in an amount generally based upon future income.           

Bankruptcy Status:
Under bankruptcy status, you can select filed, discharged, dismissed or all.  And you can choose the range of the bankruptcy filing date:           

  • Advanced Selects: Under this selects, you can select the range of closing date and the date the record was added to our database.           
  • Tax Lien Information: You can select federal, state, county or all under Tax lien type and new, release or all under tax lien status. You can also select tax lien filing date, closing data, and the date the record was added to our database. You can specify the amount of tax lien to be even more specific on your records.

This is the "Public Records Database Geo Select" page.  This page allows you to select the geography for your list. Only one type of geography may be selected on this page. However, if you want to select more than one type of geography, you need to click on "Add Geography" link on the "Review Selections" page.      
  • Zip Code:
    You have 2 different tables to enter zips to.  Use the first table of empty blocks to enter your zip codes or zip code ranges and use the empty clip board under "Advanced Selections" to type in list of zips or copy and paste the list of your zips separated by commas, spaces or in separate lines. 
  • Radius Around a Residence or Zip Code:
    You can select a geography that is within certain radius of a specific ZIP (ZIP radius limit is 100 miles) or a street address. You can also put in your building number and the zip code and it will populate all the possible addresses for the building number within that zip code.
  • Cities:
    You can select your geography by cities. Select a state from the Drop down menu and then click on the "Display Cities" button. It will display all the cities for the state you have selected. You can put check marks next to the city check boxes you want to select.   
  • Counties:
    You can select your geography by counties. Select a state from the Drop down menu and then click on the "Display Counties" button. It will display all the counties for the state you have selected. You need put check marks next to the county check boxes you want to select.   
  • MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area):
    You can select your geography by MSA. Select a state from the Drop down menu and then click on the "Display Metro Areas" button. It will display all MSAs for the state you have selected. You need put the check marks next to the MSA check boxes you want to select
  • State:
    Select the states you want to pull from by clicking on the corresponding check box.
  • Telephone Area Code:
    You need to enter area codes for your selections, area code ranges (ex: 404-408), or area codes and prefixes (ex: 402334) in the boxes. You can also Copy & paste a list of area codes, area code ranges, or area codes and prefixes. Enter only one area code, area code range, or area code and prefix per line or separated by commas or spaces.
  • Entire US:
    You can select the entire U.S. as a geographic selection for your lists

This page allows you to select modeled age (in increments of 5 years) and modeled household income in pre-selected ranges.  You can select the gender of the head of household and Multi-Family Dwelling Unit (MFDU) and Non Multi-Family Dwelling Unit under housing type.
